Or would you even admit it? Stephen A. Smith on ESPN did an interview with Mark Levin and he's sorry he voted for him. And he's a black man. It would worthwhile to listen to the interview.

I've already said, that specific airings of problems, and counterpoint's raised, would trend this blog trumendously. To base opine, from a soundbyte is not a cognative response to an issue. Halftruth, and lies is where the GOP lies! There is no Political Koolaid Detox. It Is What It Is...

So let's charge on to victory, with the truth's of this question. I'm proud of the Data presented here, on page 2. The Stock Market has fallen, due to the cold of a lot of the world. America is, Once Again, Looked on, for answers to their Market Recession. We are Creating Jobs. Unemployment levels are the lowest, in 14 years. You should realize, that takes us back to 2000.

HongKong caught a cold, in 1997. When Hongkong sneezes, The U.S cough's, And Canada get's a cold. There was a flow of unemployment claims, till 911. The Recession has Lessoned. Markets react faster, now. What is the bottom of Oil Prices, with this hyped fracking? How low will our houses sink, due to that? The Austin Chalk should be pulverized,by now...How many cuts in the Permian Basin, and in other States Of The Union.

You wanted oil, you got oil. Guess Obama didn't make that happen, even with the repurcussions, of the BP Blunder. If we wish to debate the established fact's, Let's Go. I would like to hear from the 25's-45's. "They are the vision of our future"    :)LV1(:(TM)

In the interest of seeing both sides of the issue, here's an article by Paul Krugman that suggests that Obama's presidency has been successful when compared to those of some of his predecessors.

The treachery this president has faced is beyond the pale.  And the next time you hear someone (Fox News) wailing that President Bush would never disrespect the troops by saluting with a cup of coffee in his hand......No Never!  Because his hands were full of dog!

We want a leader who will work through situation's. Obama has been picked on for 6 solid years. Frontline(PBS) gives an account of Bush JR's psyche, on the Iraq invasion, to the Surge. Let alone, the misplaced moral's of Chaney, and Rumsfelt. I wonder if Bush was truely Blindsighted, by 911. So much went into the decision to envade Iraq. So many games, by the Veep. Frontline painted W in a decent light. George HW warned of complications in Regime Change, and advised against Iraq, in a Brief, At the War College in 1999. One has to see Iraq as the catalyst of Social Reorganization, in the Islamic Countries, with the sweeping effect of Oppressive Social Change...Saturn Cleansing!

I wonder if the Short List is out, for this next sweep, of aging Admin's. Obama's hair is turning Grey.Leo's are resilient, though.  The Democrat's are shelving major Legislation, till 2017. That leaves, the little/medium things. Do they have to be done by Directives?

What about those USSC appointments? If Obama does not seat 1 or 2 USSC judges, That Woman President( FWPOTUS) will. GO NANCY GO? LOL...    ///B|||*LV1*|||B\\\B-{}-o-{Hmmmmm...

The only thing the president Obama and President Lincoln have in common is that they're both from Illinois.

You being an intelligent man maybe you can answer this question for me...no liberal/Democrat has been able to up to now. Why was't the Affordable Care Act created just to cover those who didn't have health insurance? There are millions of people, like myself, who have insurance coverage through my employer. It's an excellent plan, I like my doctors and I've had excellent care under it.

You and others can sing the praises of the president all day long. I prefer to date black men so we can get the color of his skin out of way. I don't think he's done much of anything to help this country. But I'm sure I'll get an email from you and several others setting me straight lol. Please make it easy enough that I'll be abe to decipher it...I'm not an educated college person. You need to talk slow and pronounce your words very clearly lol

I have a brother, working for a MAJOR Defence Contractor; paying 1200.month for his healthcare. The sad truth, is the backout of Business, from healthcare coverage. This effects at least  80% of the Working Public. Add, the price of pharma., and even the Tier's of the Healthcare Market Laws, the aggressive Price of food...Down the list, and you have working Public getting squeezed of their bucks. You get Bankruptsy. The worst was the Senior Citizens who died due to the Healthcare Industry Rules.

The Healthcare Industry funded Hillary's shame Campaign, in 93. A Scorpio, Rhodes Class LAWYER, FLOTUS TO THE POTUS, Senator of NY...Guiding the legislation how many years, and NURSING this BABY, we have TODAY. That is Scorpio Scorn, FEMALE STYLE( She's a Scorpio).

I don't fault you for thinking Gov't should stay out of a Worldwide, Questioned,Great Recession. If you thought the bailout's crossed the line of  a Communist ideaology, I hope you spoke up! It was done Legally, and We Made Money From It. Presidents have the right ask Dodd/Frank, for some reality. Those high paid Wallstreet Exec's caused that, Post 2008. Someone has not learned the rules on the playground, in Kintergarten. Cooperation!

And yes there do need to be some changes made to health care reform.  Maybe you and I can ask Mr President Obama to reevaluate that plan.  All future plans should be able to have revision made when necessary buy you and I and of course the public people who have common sense and at least a fifth grade education. And for you Ms. D i have some chocolate candy I'll give it to you at the withe house near the Oval Office we'll peek in. Cause it would be to dangerous to enter President Bill may have left something behind

and I'm not talking the wrap.

I'll make revision later.

Congress has been in shambles for quite awhile.  My dad told me to always read the newspaper, keep up what's going on here and abroad.   By my own opinion with the 5th grade education I received lol. When gas went from .25 cent a gallon too a $1.25 a gallon I knew we were screwed and I mean screwed with out foreplay nor none of the other amenity that should take place when screwing one. So after the high cost of fuel follow bread, milk, automobiles, homes, interest rates, clothing etc and the list is long,  not long but is long.  1979 time to graduate high school we were sold that we're running out of gas so they close station at 6pm and your limit was 10 dollars. The whole country was screaming Oh no wrong hole baby both boys and girls.   But we lay, stood and did nothing just wobble around saying that hurt.  Now we're all got our bats out beating down the righteous and the unrighteousness cause we who have a ounce of common sense and those who don't can't agree on how to rebuild America justice system, school system, banking industry, housing industry, auto manufacturer,  (GM do fair just get some good advice which one to purchase) they are all in bed together.  That's another reason why we're here to many have identity issues . Baby girl we have a hand full of college educated individual got us all running around selling each other out cause we're not educated to love and share. We build cuties towns university empires but we can't show each other some love.  We can set up some sex dates and if you hook up with Mrs, Miss, Ms/Mr Kooko now you need your local law enforcement, Dr, lawyer and pair good running shoes to get you a couple days of peace and rest.

So saying all that Mr.President Obama was only about 18 years old when the good oleboys started screw fest 1979. And no not every body got screwed but somebody mama did and that put flames in my eyes when I look at that single mom going listen children

we're going to down size on dinner, clothes, and your education etc. We should be ashame of ourselves saying I have master degree,  Dr degree, post Dr and we can't fix this country.  All these brilliant minds but hum . My next blog.

Excuse my bad grammar darn them 5th grade teacher.  Lol

I heard a man on NPR, with standards of measure of great Presidents. He rated him less than the standards. Washington, Lincoln,&FDR was in the top 3. All 4(Obama) suffered the ravages of war. Most historians will compare Obama with FDR. He has already been weighed with Lincoln. Truely, Technology has made Obama's Admin., more sensitive to challanging events; more than most Presidents have faced. How does He react to these events? That is primal in deciding if he has Nads, and how low they hang. He gave the Congress 4 years to Cross The Isle's. Who did not? Rm posted a few charts. Why did the Deficit lower in 2012, by 1/2? Could it be, the money made from the American People, ownin controling interest on all Banks, Financial institutions, Auto Manufactors...What else...And, selling that stock for a profit? Would the scenery be different today, if he had not done that?

I do get amused with the Healthcare Act. The Healthcare Industry had a chance all along, to widen pools, but chose to make many homeless, or teter on starvation, due to cancellations, High Premiums, Illegal Denial to Pay...The list is long. The badge of Honor/ Contention, should go to Hillary, and Teddy K. It was BYRD'D. Look up the BYRD Law. The Law was fully implimented in 2014, with a 10 year-Self Pay Rider in the Law. This was in 2011, with the Country, trying to find the bottom of the Great Recession that has eased considerably, today. Job's are being Created; the Barometer of Economic Life...Without 2 Wars.

I have not researched the implications of the Tax change on those that play in the over 1/2 Million Dollar market. Tax on people of Title, and Manufactorers is IRS territory. For that Legislation, Obama got a 15% Shutdown of  our Nation's Utilities(National Parks,Furlows). Bad move, Cruzzz. TitTat stuff. The 48 Rep's got Directives...The Show Must Go On!         B-)LV1

Trust me born1top I'm very aware he was voted in twice! What in the hell do you think he's done but but put our country into further debt? I cannot think of a single thing that he's done that has been good for this country.  He bailed GM out! Maybe if they had failed they'd make a better vehicle! Obama hasn't held a real job in his life! He's never run a business, never had to balance a check book, never had to live paycheck to paycheck! He along with most of DC do not know the meaning of honesty and honor! They are in it for themselves!

You speak of well educated people who voted for him...those people have no common sense! And I can speak of my own family. My brother-in-law is partner in a Wall Street law firm, my sister, John's wife, is an attorney, they met at Syracuse Law School, their son went there and is an attorney, my niece, their daughter, went to London School of Economics, all flaming liberals and not a lick of common sense between them! I'd take common sense over education any day!

I don't like that he wants to give my money to people who can go out and earn their own, I don't like that he allows illegals into this country and gives them more than he gives our military and the American people. Race relations in this country have gotten so much worse. He's caused people to lose their health care. If he really wanted to help the poor wouldn't he have just covered those who didn't have health care and left the rest of us alone?

He is a very smart man. People think he's disconnected. I don't think that at all! He said he'd fundamentally change America and that is the only promise he's kept!

Government's first duty is to protect the people, not run their lives. President Ronald Reagan

The president of the United States is Barack Obama not once but twice elected,  many may not like him for some none or unnone reason but the voters of America has spoken. It may be that those who decided to vote for Obama wanted to see and do something different than drive our country into a deeper state of darkness and despair.  If you have any fourm of good education spiritual and secular you know many of our elected officials are untrustworthy.  They sell us and their on souls for financial gain and power, leaving us the American people jobless, fighting over low and high wages like a bunch of wild animals.  Pushing many into bankruptcy by cons both male and female with Ponzi scheme leaving retirees and uneducated people bewildered by a bunch of unrighteousness minded people. These smiling face well groom half witted people say they love American while selling us and our children down the river by playing with those who are dangerous and have the ability to rob, kill. Steal and destroy.

Obama gave people hope, auto industry,  banking institutions,  real estate companies were all in danger of sending this country into a bigger state of depression.  Because those who were in control and lead leadership roles did not know how to do business in a honest an honorable way. They were fearless but gutless to take a stand for righteousness and are still blinded by their own lust and greed. Putting many Americans lives in danger.

That's why he won those who have a decent education seen that those other candidates would have sold every piece of America to those who are supposed to be our enemies and it is still taking place.  Because of hate not because of his skin.  Point if he agree to take that money and do business as usual he be a good olboy. It takes a real good man to love his country and fellow countrymen not to sell them out to the highest bidder, and he put his life and family life in danger.

Hate and greed is destroying man kind,  it's causing division between rich and poor, the color of one's skin the level of one's education.

And whats sad is they don't care how they manipulate one into their ignorance,  some who will not benefit from these dark minded individual run head long and join in in the celebration and find themselves crying foul at the wrong person.  The one who stiff you was that one you trusted but didn't know that individual was a no good snake just because he had same skin tone. Love you all and that's real.  Ladies I need a hug is any willing I'm 6 ft built handsome have a romantic smooth beastly kinda sexaul appetite with a desire to keep you smiling and give you a happy swag when you strut away to get us that tasty treat and beverage.

Dekan, I agree with you that they pretty much got the Constitution right and it has served us very well for many years.  It was not perfect.  For instance, they had to compromise on slavery in order to get passage, and that was not resolved until the Civil War.  The founders didn't intend the Constitution to be set in stone forever.  They included a mechanism for amendments.  Some important constitutional scholars argue that we need to update the Constitution for modern times.   Here's a talk by a well-known constitutional law professor who thinks that we need a new constitutional convention to solve some problems of modern democracy.  An example of the problematic sections is  the electoral college, which gives voters in battleground states much more power than voters in other areas.

Edit-- sorry, it won't let me link to the video.  You can find it by searching for "Sanford Levinson  Our Undemocratic Constitution" on Youtube.

Links have been established, by the good graces of the MM Watchers. If you cut the link, the Threader has the choice of Blue linking it(copy), Pasteing to the Bar, and deciding if they wish to view the media. Copy Hyperlinks the item. Always cut,in MM compliance...

There are sufficient tests to laws, according to Constitutionality.  Our Common Law has at least 5 Parallel, Common Laws. The greatest threat to Jefferson, was the Usury System, and the 1st Bank of the USA. Proper reorientation of the tax system should have begun with LLoyd Long vs US(1993?).We would have to revisit Jeckell Island(1913?). These 25-45's can read the Constitution! Obama has reduced the Deficit by how much?

One fact of this fight, was that the shutdown of the Economy affected 15% of the function of the Gov't. All National Parks closed down, in their busy Fall season. This had an EFFECT on the voting public...The Show Must Go On!

I would Direct, we stockpile lot's of salt, now. I saw snowflakes in Kansas City! LV1

Diana, I appreciate your efforts here quite a lot.  You might enjoy this article from 2012 that Paul Krugman referred to recently in the Times.  It is an interesting investigation of the sources of some of the alarmist propaganda that frustrates our side so much.  It details the connections between some right-wing fundraisers and mail-order hucksters and frauds.

Hey Darlin'... Have you moved yet?  We'll be neighbors!  Let's have dinner some time.

While they did run I don't think they're hiding... but you do have a point!!!!!  The lack of leadership in DC is epic and we definitely need someone to step up.  Where's the Supreme Court in all this and why are they so reluctant to govern.

I really don't watch any TV news programs.  I watch Meet the Press, Face the Nation, Sunday Morning w/ Charles Osgood and 60 Minutes but that's about it... oh, and I did catch O'Reilly on Letterman last night.... Bush and Obama never came up.

Maybe we'll just have to wait for Hillary to show some leadership.  I imagine she'll be hands on with her new grandchild and all of the diaper changing will serve her well when dealing with Congress... they do frequently act like toddlers.

You can always identify whether someone has served or not based upon how they salute.

So, tell me what you learned in Biology class.
