A new peaceful day has dawned here at blogville. Come join me for a glass of wine or anything else you might care for. Let's just sit and enjoy the calm before the next storm, lol. I promise you a bird's eye view from here!

Cutie, here I thought this year was gonna be better for me with medical expenses, but lo and behold, I am currently on Humira, which is $1,000 per shot, and I have to pay 20%, which is NOT counted towards my deductible or maximum out of pocket. The first month alone I had to take 8 shots. My share is $6,000 per year. Plus my $1,000 deductible, plus my $2,000 out of pocket, plus all my prescription and office visit co-pays. Oh, and did I mention insurance premiums?? I can't afford to stay alive, it seems!

Due to the latest MM blogland developments, I have reupholstered the couch, and stocked in the whine and cheese. I have the next 3 days off so look out. Everyone is welcome here to sit back, relax, and enjoy the show. Would anyone care to join me in a glass of wine?

I have been gone and just got back to the blogs. I have been blogging until I am dizzy so thought I would stop by. Glad to hear you are feeling better, and that you are playing on the blogs again. Now where is that wine? I brought more of those raspberry/white chocolate scones if anyone wants some....

So many exciting things happening on the blogs that I thought I would stop in, sit down, and share some wine and raspberry chocolate scones with you...and whoever else is here. How are you doing CB? And have you heard any more about how Debbieinitaly is doing?

Cutie, I have always admired your strength and courage and the way you have fought back from your struggles. On that note, I would like to say that even though some other countries have free or cheaper health care than the USA, at least I am secure in the knowledge that if something bad happens to me I will be treated immediately, whether I have insurance or not. Our health care system is troubling, as the costs have escalated something fierce, but at least we don't have to wait for weeks or months to be treated. I just did my income taxes for last year, and discovered that I personally spent over 4 thousand dollars on health care out of my pocket, even with insurance coverage, due to my pre-existing condition of Crohn's. However I expect that total to drop significantly this year as I will be covered for that now, and will not have to spend more than 2 thousand dollars out of pocket. I just consider health care to be a regular expense, like my mortgage and car payment, and budget accordingly. It's a sad situation when people either can't afford health insurance, or have to wait for socialized services.

I have no interest in you or your life. My questions about passports was aimed at a specicifc person who lied to many of us here and dragged me into her fantasy. It doesnt not concern you in any manner. That IS ALL I have to say to you about ANYTHING. Do NOT address me again. Do not harrass me. DO not contact me in ANY way. I have no interest in interacting with you on any subject. I will archive this message and sent it to MM management. You have been told. Leave me alone.

B/S would know better than I about recovery time for heart attacks. I do agree that it would be ill-advised for someone so stricken to d osomething that aggravates the condition. HOWEVER, the point it moot because the "person" in question is no longer on the blogs.

Troll Patrol : has anyone noticed the great american slang style a certain foreign newcomer has ? Ive met dozens of highly educated people from that part of the world...my ex husband formed a computer start up with 12. Not a single person I have met speaks or writes like that. When things dont add up, there usually IS a reason.

theyve been a busy little duo..and such fast recoverys too. But then again,,,one doesnt need recovery from fantasy operations or fabricated heart attacks. The male certainly learned "overnight" how to write in correct english. That blog was removed though, so if ya'all missed it..it was truly an amazing feat.Makes me wonder just how that was possible. Oh well.

Nor would I. And I would be furious if I found out someone was faking it. Cuz as you know...its not anything to joke about. My mom has inoperable brain cancer and wont live much longer. Another reason I get angry when I see someone fooling around with lies and fake trips.

Shaz, I guess I never really looked that closely at her profile. I sure hope she is telling the truth. Not that I wish cancer upon anybody.
