He didn't claim it as original, but I thought it funny. ¿ . ¿ He said he plans to tell each of his daughter's suitors, "Have fun...But remember, everything you do to her, I'm going to do to you."...Then he'll kiss the guy on the lips, and repeat, "EVERYTHING !!!"

I remember coming home from a date a long time ago to find my uncle on the front step of my grandma's home with a shotgun. I don't think I ever saw anyone move so fast to get away...lol. No charges were ever laid and no bullets ever fired...the gun was empty. As country songs go my current favorite is Johnny Reid's "Dance With Me.". Not at all funny but I sure would like it...lol!

Oh, those poor girls.¿ They'll be virgins 'til Daddy's dead and buried.¿ On the other hand....maybe they'll each run into a shrewd fellow who will realize that, with a little bit of careful planning, Daddy won't be able to find out what's going on during a date unless suitor or daughter tells him.¿ That said, I think your friend's method of protecting his daughters is pretty darn funny.¿ If I were one of their suitors, I'd be scared to death to try anything untoward.....
