It is my understanding that most religeons have a day of atonement. One perfect day that a human being can ask forgiveness from his fellow man and receive it. I would Like to make Sunday our Day of Antonement and Amnesty. If you would sincerely like to atone for some past indescretion and behaviour you are not proud of then please think about joining me on Sunday July 2 for Amnesty Day. ASK for forgiveness with sincerity AND it is my belief and hope that all will BE FORGIVEN ! I know that when we take responsibility for our actions, we gain our power back. We also get our self respect back. I am not one to hold a grudge. If I get angry, It is a flash fire and then it is OVER. I never bring it up again. I would love for all of you to think about atonement and amnesty. I am really tired of reading nasty stuff that is designed to hurt. We have such a great opportunity to help one another and network on here, why do we use our energy for evil when it could be used for good? Paupers and Princes, Princesses and Plebians...it doesn't matter what card you carry, how much money is in your bank account, or what you drive cause in the end, you won't be taking it with you. Please join me on Sunday July 2.06 coach frankie

Wow, what a great day the 2nd turned out for me to be. Just quickly wanted to share if that's ok. I believe in Karma...just a part of my spiritual path I've been traveling on. However my life get's so busy with work at times I forget, not intentionally, to contact the many people that my paths have crossed with. So I took out most of the day to contact all back that have contacted me in the past. By phone, by e-mail, by handwritten letters and cards (a lost art of mine since the Internet), letting them know they had not been forgotten, apologizing for having put them on the back shelf due to the recent lack of time to respond back (wish my days were 48 hrs long) and other reasons. I'm human, I'm fallible, no need to pretend that I'm better then anyone else. The success of having taken the time out to contact everyone that I knew laid in our tears that came when I spilled my guts and in the feeling free when making amends. Although I am not the kind of person to hurt others intentionally by nature, sometimes it takes only one word, not thoroughly thought out to hurt others feelings....One word that an even more sensitive person then I am to feel like their world comes to a stop....One word to be misunderstood and causing another great pain. Yet again only two words to say I'm sorry and mean it from the bottom of my heart. IT WAS A GREAT DAY! Thank you for reminding me of something that should be so simple to do everyday, yet it took another person to remind me off doing it and what a great way to have so many follow such a fine thought for action.

jAN- WAY TO GO.. i know that wasn't an easy decision but you know what? Whether the other person 'gets'it or accepts it or not, really isn't the point. You can walk around knowing something negative isn't taking up residence in your heart any longer. Fill that space with something that brings you joy instead. I KNOW you have a good heart too Jan,and I felt your pain. I listened to your words and I will admit in part that you were the impetus for this blog. I didn't want you to continue to be hurt and being empathic, I really felt your pain. I hope that we all feel a bit lighter today. I know that I do.. smile... Hugs to you .. Frankie

Oh man Frankie, you are really making this tough on me....especially on a Sunday, as I am getting ready to go to church. You have such a good heart Coach, and really believe that people want to be good. I am really struggling with this option. Not because I don't believe in forgiveness. I do. I made that personal decision years ago, to forgive those who have hurt me. The reason I have trouble with this option across the board for everybody is because I am sure that either 1) the person who REALLY needs to apologize will just ignore this blog, OR 2) he will make a generalized apology statement, but will not MEAN it. And life will go on pretty much in the same manner for him. I do find it strange, however, that most of the controvery on this site lately has centered around this one man. He is continually in the midst of it, whether he starts it, or adds to it, with his mean spiteful comments. That is why I am struggling so much. But, I will take the high road here, reach deep into my heart, and say I AM SORRY. I FORGIVE YOU. PLEASE FORGIVE ME. And I will try to mind my manners from now on. BUT, if the attacks continue, either overtly or covertly.....I will not stay silent for long. Other people here have tried to offer the proverbial olive branch, and it hasn't been accepted, or lasted long. Thanks for taking the time to post this blog, Frankie. That is why I respect you so much.

Thank you Lady Image..I love the idea of Energy, because that is EXACTLY what we had put out there. Negative energy. Now that we are replacing it with positive energy aka vibrations, the law of attraction will naturally bring us positive things back. It really is a win win situation.. hugs.. CF

I am thrilled to see that there are others here who feel as I do that being nasty does have consequences and not always the ones we hoped for. When we hurt others, we do hurt ourselves and I for one never feel good about it once that momentary feeling of glee-sending a well honed barb is over. So,in the spirit of love, I apologize to anyone whose feelings I have hurt in the past either directly or indirectly by my words. I know that some folks think I am preaching at them or they accuse me of telling them what to do ,Like I know something they don't. Not true. I am merely blogging like everyone else for entertainment purposes and YES i am a real Coach. I am willing to help anyone who needs it because that is my nature, but I am not here to solicit business. I am single like most of the other ladies here, looking for friendship and more if I can find it. The olive branch is on the table, the dove is circling in the sky, you know who you are...please pick it up and feel the warmth of love spread through ..Happy Atonement and Amnesty Day..coach frankie

"To forgive is to set a prisoner free and discover the prisoner was YOU." - Unknown Aptly put, CF. To admit wrong and sincerely ask for forgiveness is the greatest gift one can give themself, not to mention those they have hurt. I am making a list of people I have wronged as we speak (and praying it won't be too long!.) Let's forget all the politics and games and remember why we came to this site in the first place- to find love and friendship...
