Intuition or desire?

Do you ever feel as if it is your intuition drawing you to another, as if through pictures and words, or even a voice over the phone, you can actually feel and sense the other within your own being? Sometimes that can be so strong that it feels like you intimately know that person? Or is it more one?s own projection of desire to connect with those qualities whether he or she imbibes them or not? Fantasy or reality, which is it?

Looking for the "familiar"

More than anything, I find it really special when there is a familiar feeling, as if we already know one another, though we are just meeting for the very first time. I think of it as recognition from one soul to another, like old friends who have not met for a very long time but recognize something where words cannot reach. Sometimes that can even be sensed in pictures. Do you know what I mean?
