Why? Cause I genuinely deserve it. My so called friends have stole from me while i only did good to them.

I'm a really inventive guy, and i have ideas to revolutionize the world.

How about a business that is self ballanced between rich and poor? I won't give any more details because my idea is brilliant and i don't want anyone to actually steal it from me.

My ideas are both unique, mismerizing, AND revolutionary. But i lack finances.

Why not?

Some people have more money than they could spend in two lifetimes. Just act eccentric, and maybe even keep in touch so you can see what happens.

By the way: i consider myself to be a .... believe it or not, Saint.

I know way too much religion, without actually reading the holy book.

underneath me there are some ladies that haven't left their appartment in 300 years... yeah, that's right. 3 millenia.

With a million bucks, i wouldn't waste it on booze or anything like that. Maybe some occasional weed.

There are people out there that have so much money... what could you possibly do with more than 3-4 million dollars? Nothing. But there are people that own hundreds of millions.

The most expensive car in the world is 1.4 million...  The most expensive things in the world... aren't all that expensive.

Out of your excess, give me some, so i can enjoy myself while fixing the world.

By the way: us humans, after we die, we reincarnate in animals.

New breeds of animals are reinvented, as humans die.

I'm a genius that resembles Bill Jobs, or Stevie Gates.

The logo of Apple = Adam and Eve. They ate the Apple...

I know Fibonacci, and a lot of ancient secrets.

Just ask away anything about how the world works.

So that makes me a smart millionare. Now, all i lack is my first million dollars.

God, please give me one million euro, so that i may have the will to plant trees, and heal the world in the best way possible.

A change has to start from somewhere.

My remarkable idea is to plant trees in high density traffic areas, so people can breathe fresh air.

I plan on being a secret mayor that fixes errors.

Just take me privately, and talk to me, and see if you love my ingenius ideas.

When my wish comes true, you'll see a change in human nature. Meaning, i plan on changing my whole street's mentality.

I plan on making a big impact in the world, including making regular people popular. Equalling the ballance.

Tired of seeying frustrated people.

I'm one of them, so i need to proove to the world, that we can change.

Hi Pat, Thank you. It's good seeing a blog that sparks your interest! That picture is a couple years ago cleaning up the yard at -30 F. Warm as all get out here this year, have seen +50 the last couple of weeks. It's starting to get colder now so you should be warming up over there, seems to work like that. 6 or 8 years ago NYC was -40 and Anchorage had grass trying to sprout in January.

We're starting to get more daylight, 7:30 is dawn and full dark is 6 pm, YA HOO! Time to start getting busy, fishing is comming up mid April. I'm starting to stray from my nest some, but Not to far,  lol.

Hope things are going well for you on the East side.

Hi, fishy.  Our dawns and darks are similar to yours.  Who wudda thunk it???  Then again, I didn't bother to Google time zones to find out the truth.

I'm in love with the fact that we're not fully dark until around 6 pm.  That means I can walk my dog after work along the lonely Beisel Road and not be "afeeeered" of critters I can't see.   LOL.  That is, I can do that when we're not having the record cold and snowfalls we're having this week.  But soon enough Spring is coming for sure.

BTW, you sound like a Black bear getting ready to leave his winter cave pretty soon.  LOL.

Good luck with spring fishing.  I hope you garner mighty catches for sure!!!

RMac, very good advice!  Although I don't know AndrewBB's idea, from what he's said, his idea seems kind of socialist.  Maybe he should approach Hollywood with such a idea as very few business men will ever sign on to anything socialist...unless of course they can get a tax deduction.  Everyone in the world can not be equal, it just doesn't work.  And if in fact AndrewBB's idea is socialist, then that would mean that everyone deserves one million given to them.

Dakota,

Well, I was thinking of him coming up with an idea that could be sold.  With no track record, and at this point he does not seem to have one, it is a tough sell.  Still, somehow there are people / teams of people who do it.

Luck, perserverance, good ideas, timing, and a lot of hard work.

Not knowing any better sometimes helps, I think he has that part covered.

I think Andrew has left the building.  He's not looking for advice, he's looking for money.  The BB might stand for "Big B*lls".

The Sharks are looking for proof of concept and some sort of track record that establishes some sort of valuation.

Yes, but I was wondering if a woman can be mean to a guy and want to jump his bones and vice versa?

Hmmm....probably not the best plan.  I used to be terrorized by various boys in school.  One boy, named Kurt (I still remember his name) in 7th grade math, .....sat right behind me and used to tear little pieces of paper and put them in my hair....sometimes on my shoulder.  I would do my best to ignore him....but I hated him!!!!  lololol

I expect the best result possible from this blog will be if AndrewBB develops an, “I will show them,” mindset.

Hopefully that might get him focused.  Not on a whole batch of vague and far out ideas, but on something that can be developed to a point of feasibility and that is in some sense useful.  This to be followed up by developing his pitch and then trying to get financial backing.  Maybe via the Shark Tank or Dragons Den approach.  Maybe the crowd backing approach I have read a bit about.  Maybe approaching one or more venture capitalists.

If he comes before them as he came here without getting focused, etc., they might sense they are dealing with someone totally out of his depth and be very gentle, encouraging, and kind, but he won’t get any money.

I have witnessed something like that when a person delivered a paper at a System Theory convention.  This paper had nothing new, nothing original, not even anything novel about the approach.  The same people that had dealt with each other with tough, pointed and difficult questions treated that presenter differently.  They were as described above very gentle, encouraging, and kind.  I expect that presenter is still embarrassed if he in fact looked up the various sources suggested to him.

On the other hand, if AndrewBB comes to the Shark Tank or some such, is well prepared, and with an idea worth developing, he might get some financial backing.

Oh come now, Roc. A woman can be nice to a guy without wanting to jump him.

NSS [No Crap Sherlock] :]  everything IS harder in the cold. While your down there fixing the weak spots, fix them right. It might never get that cold for you again but then again, it might and it could happen when your unable to DIY so man up with some extra money and time. You might find yourself in a spot where ZERO degrees feels warm and you'll be glad you did it right. It only takes once to wish you'd gone ahead with the "overkill".  Just my frozen opinon.

Dak~

No, Jesus did not have a million.....but he had Mary Magdalene.....who likely bankrolled him!!  There is no indication in the Bible that Jesus was running a street beggar/panhandling operation.  Someone was paying the bill.  Have you ever thought of that?  How much food, water, gear does it take to support 13+ people wandering around from town to town??  lolo

Andrew is right.  Likely he will receive help from a woman.

ROFLMAO for sure.

Fishy, something is wrong with this weather...it was ZERO degrees F in Bama.  I've been under my rental property fixing pipes and insulating things.  Everything is harder in cold weather.

Can I have some of what you're smoking?  What's your hallucinogen of choice?

And I have to submit a correction.  His hair actually is cut.  It's just his younger profile pic that has longer hair.

Your hair looks fine Andrew.

Andrew....do you know any other languages?  IBM has a pretty big presense in Brno, Czech Republic.  They have sales positions open for people who can speak English, Czech....possibly Romanian.  Look on their website.  Last time I looked there were a lot of jobs posted for eastern Europe.

Diana,

re your comment, “….and you’re definitely smart enough. “

How do you know?  I am not disagreeing it is just that I don’t know.

RMac.

I get a sense of sensuality and intellectual curiosity.  His profile is interesting….through the selection of his pictures and the phrases he sprinkles throughout the profile which speak to me in a curious way that suggests intellect.  Conversations with him would likely be contemplative, interesting, winsome and a little off beat.

Quoting 3345roc:

You definitely have to ask for the order but it's preceded by a sales pitch.

A structured call requires that you

1. Establish rapport

2. Make an initial benefit statement

3. Specify features, benefits and advantages

3. Answer questions and handle objections

You can try to make the sale at anytime by sending up trial balloons before you summarize and ask for the order.

Seeeeee Roc....you can be nice.  That's some good info.  The Dalai Lama said, "If you want a piece of immortality, pass your knowledge on to the next generation and a part of you will live on."

(I think I got the quote right)
